Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the econnect.rs website and our NFC-based services (collectively, the "Service") operated by E-Connect.
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms and our Privacy Policy. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who wish to access or use the Service.
When you create an account with us, you guarantee that you are above the age of 18 and that the information you provide us is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
Certain features of the Service may be subject to payments, including one-time installation fees and recurring monthly subscription fees, which will be defined at checkout. By using these features, you agree to pay all applicable fees. All payments are processed through one of our third-party payment processor. You authorize us, directly or through our partners, to charge your chosen payment method for all fees incurred.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Prohibited activities, such as posting content related to nudity or gambling, will result in immediate termination.
You may terminate your account only after a minimum subscription period of one year has been completed (if he had an active plan) and all outstanding debts to E-Connect have been paid. After this condition is fulfilled, you may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of E-Connect and its licensors.
Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by E-Connect. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. E-Connect makes no warranties, expressed or implied, that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. You expressly agree that your use of the Service is at your sole risk.
In no event shall E-Connect, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless E-Connect and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of your use and access of the Service, or a breach of these Terms.
Before filing a claim against E-Connect, you agree to try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting office@econnect.rs. If a dispute is not resolved within 30 days of submission, any resulting legal action shall be filed in accordance with the Governing Law and Jurisdiction clause.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Serbia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Belgrade, Serbia to resolve any legal matter arising from the Terms.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any new terms take effect.
